Ego Depletion on Students During Online Learning During The Covid-19 Pandemic

Learning problems during the COVID-19 pandemic have been widely studied. We explore picture of Ego depletion online learning pandemic. is when individual feels a decrease in ego or self-control due to excessive activities involving ego, resulting reduced energy body. This research descriptive quantitative research. Depletion measured based on ego-depletion scale aspects depletion, including psychological exhaustion, physical helplessness, drained energy, and cognitive impairment. A total 92 students participated this study. Data was obtained via Google form. The study results showed that dominated moderate category, followed by high low categories. also describe categories demographic data obtained. category more common semester four-level six-level. implications are discussed further.
